Six of them were topless photos of herself, while the seventh was an image of a rose. In the second post, less than a day later, Britney added four more topless photos and again included a rose, this time as an emoji for her caption. The singer wrote a long message with her first post to explain what she was doing and insisted that she hadn't had a boob job.
